There are moments in life when pain, confusion, broken trust, anxiety, abuse, or relationship struggles can leave people feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Cheryl Mowat’s passion is helping individuals and couples find hope again—not simply through advice, but through deep healing rooted in truth, grace, and relationship with Jesus Christ.
With compassion, wisdom, and years of counseling experience, Cheryl walks alongside people who are longing for restoration, clarity, healing, and renewed purpose.
Cheryl holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Westminster Theological Seminary and has been counseling since 2011. She is registered with Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation and certified with Association of Biblical Counselors.

What makes Cheryl’s counseling unique is not only her professional training, but her own personal journey through hardship, healing, and spiritual transformation. Her counseling ministry is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when people encounter both truth and grace in the presence of God.

Cheryl works with couples who genuinely desire to restore and rebuild their relationship. Through honest conversation, biblical wisdom, and practical guidance, she helps couples begin breaking unhealthy cycles and rebuilding trust, communication, and connection.
